Special food gel for edible paper. Developed to enhance colors and give images out of edible paper a realistic look. It also serves to protect the image from getting wet and for attaching the image to the cake. Can be coloured.
Instructions: Spray a continuous layer of liquid gel from a distance of 20-25 cm onto the picture. First, spray the bottom of the picture and press it on to the cake. Then spray the upper side of the picture and allow it to dry.
Ingredients: water, glucose syrup, sugar, antioxidant E300, gelling agent pectin, acidity regulator citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate.
