Anatomy For Sculptors
Anatomy for Sculptors, Painters, and Cake Artists
This is absolutely amazing!!! A brilliant collection of books and 3D simulations of the human body—both at rest and in motion—that every artist will be thrilled to use.
In the world of cake artistry, it's perfect for modeling figures on cakes or sculpting full 3D cakes—whether it's an entire body or just a bust. The digital models can be rotated from every angle, letting you view the muscle structure from all sides and perspectives. Many of these digital models are entirely free, but you also have the option to purchase additional content or printed books. It’s worth trying!
The author, Uldis Zarins, has worked on this anatomy passionately for over 20 years. Not only does he truly deserve our support, but his work is incredibly useful for all of us who try to model figures from fondant or chocolate. With these tools, you’ll never feel lost again when sculpting a head, hand, or back. I’ve never come across a more helpful and understandable anatomy reference in my life!
