COFFEE glazes

Coffee glaze gives desserts a more grown-up, elegant flavour with a slightly bitter note

that beautifully balances the sweetness of the sponge and cream.

It pairs perfectly with chocolate desserts, nuts, caramel, or vanilla.

Just a small amount of good-quality coffee can instantly turn an ordinary cake into a dessert

that tastes as if it came from a café.
